Ishmael's room

I have a room (110sqft) with separate bathroom (located in hallway) available in Aliso Viejo near the city center, major freeways, and outdoor activities (hiking, mountain biking, beach). This room is for Single Occupancy only. The room has a ceiling fan with remote control, mirrored closets, window blinds and engineered wood floor. The 3 piece bathroom (vanity, toilet, and shower) is tiled. Occasionally, this is a visitor’s bathroom, however, it is primarily used by the occupant of the rented room (mostly private use). Common areas for Tenant use include a family room, kitchen, laundry room and backyard. If you need space in the garage to store bicycles, that can be arranged for an additional cost. There are 3 friendly dogs (labradoodle, retrievers) that are mostly outdoors in this home, however, no additional pets are allowed. Tenant will street park which there is ample spaces available.

Currently, we are 4 Tenants occupying a 5 bedroom home with 3 bathrooms. One of us is moving out of State and this is the one who the new Tenant will replace. Another Tenant works remotely and travels frequently. All of us are professionals. We are respectful of each other, clean after ourselves, and maintain a peaceful environment. These are the qualities we are looking for when sharing this home. Each of us have various hobbies from gardening, hiking, mountain biking, beach, travel, yoga, and board games. Occasionally, I have a dinner party with board games and Tenants are welcome to join some of these events.
