This is a very beautiful, furnished house of the academic style, really looks like a bed and breakfast interior. Elegant and charming. The location is excellent, close to grocery store and drug store, all bus lines, hospitals, and universities.

I am an academic with several degrees. I appreciate classics as I was a history major. I will occasionally be there, but I need a very responsible, well educated, quiet person to enjoy it while I tend to other responsibilities right now. References are required. 11 month lease.
