This is for a master bedroom in a 4 bedroom house with a huge walk in closer, private bathroom, garage parking, and plenty of storage around the house. Huge backyard with giant deck great for relaxing. 5 minutes from the grocery store, gym, and Chipotle. Giant TV, fireplace, and sectional couch that will be left for tenants to use :)
Only two other occupants currently. One is the property manager who does not spend much time in the home but has a room, the other is in his 30’s and works during the day, but spends most of his time gaming on his CPU in his room during the night. I will also be renting out the basement so this roomate is TBD. The basement has it’s own den area and a door so you can interact as little or as much as you like.
