1 Bedroom in a large 4 bedroom house. House has laundry, basketball out front, and a giant covered patio outback. Room can come furnished with a Roku Tv and bed or can come empty depending on preference. Big gas fireplace in the living room with a huge sectional couch and already mounted TV.
There are three roommates total. Two of them are both named Nick. The first Nick lives in the basement with his cat, and there is a door to the basement if you need to keep separated from the cat (can discuss before moving in).
The second Nick lives upstairs and would share your bathroom. This Nick does home security and is an avid computer gamer. Nick’s great to get along with, but mostly keeps to his hobbies in his room.
The 3rd roommate is Ronnie. Ronnie currently occupies the master bedroom and works during the day.
