2 rooms available for rent in a cute, spacious 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom duplex! Great location at ~5 mins from the edge of WSU campus. Upstairs bedrooms are unfurnished and common spaces within the house are mostly furnished by current resident. New roommates are welcome to use furniture and appliances/cooking ware in fully stocked kitchen (but there is plenty of room for more, if you are moving in with furniture, kitchen items, or anything that you would like to be stored in the common areas of the house). You would have access to house storage spaces (closets, cabinets, garage, etc.), kitchen, washer/dryer, dining room, large living room, den/office space, and small backyard with patio.
I am 27 and I will be working at WSU for at least the 2023-2024 academic year. I am fairly tidy and like to keep common spaces organized. I tend to befriend my roommates but I am also totally open to living with someone who would prefers to keep to themself. I have a small dog (she is hiding in one of the pics, if you can spot her) who lives at the house and is extremely friendly to anyone who will pet her or give her attention. When I am not at work, I like to watch movies, crochet (or knit from time to time), read, work on home improvement projects, cook, walk my dog, or find somewhere new to go for a light hike.
