Erica's room

Our cozy 3 bedroom townhome has 1 available bedroom! The house is a 3 minute drive from the edge of campus and a <10 minute bus ride (bus stop is a 4 min walk away) so it is a very easy commute to WSU. You would have a private upstairs bedroom and shared bathrooms with 2 others. The house has plenty of storage spaces (closets, cabinets, garage, etc.), fully stocked kitchen (featuring so many more niche kitchen appliances than a single household needs), washer/dryer, dining room, large living room, den/office space, and a small backyard with patio. There is also plenty of driveway space for off-street parking. If you have any further questions about the space, please do not hesitate to reach out! :)

There are currently two of us living in the home (28 y.o. female, 27 y.o. male) along with my sweet small dog! We are both tidy and fairly quiet. We are also both friendly and sometimes like to eat dinner or watch movies together on weekends (but we are also completely ok with a roommate who prefers to keep to themselves!)
