About the room
900 per person or 1800 for a couple. Well lit, comfortable in a safe and secure location. Washing machine, tumble dryer fully functional kitchen etc. Pool, tennis courts, very close to Avalon. 1800 for a couple or 900 per roomie. Deposit for couple is 1800 deposit for two roomies at 900. Utilities not included and there is a 250 HOA fee.
