Cozy room , Has ceiling fan upstairs close to shared bathroom. Kitchen with pots pans and dishes all available to renter. All down stairs is open to use will have a little storage place . Has backyard with family pet dog ,not friendly with other animals so no more pets allowed. Non smoking in the house. Kinda of quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to sports bar and grill as well as other food establishment. If interested call Greg Reese or text reference room. Anytime of day or night . Ty Two guys live here could use a women’s input to help eye appeal of the living room ,kitchen etc. One roommate only there few days a week.

One works at sheriff department,and other works Amazon. Both very nice guys.
