I have a second bedroom looking to rent out. Right next to Jacksonville University. Looking for a male roommate only, must be lgbt friendly. 420 is cool I mostly stay down stairs. I work till about 5 everyday. The property has a gym, fishing pier, pools and it’s a pretty quiet neighborhood. I am a nudist when home so will always be comfortable at home and you should be to.
About the roomies
Just me and my dog stay here. He’s friendly and want bother anyone. The room is very large and right beside my washer and dryer and the stairs. Very ideal for someone single and alone
