Hi! My name is Kristin. I discovered this amazing house in 2017 and turned it into a co-living space for roomates with flexible month to month terms.

I set up this home specifically so that I could always return and made it into my personal home: furnished it and set up super fast wifi, hired cleaning staff who would stock things like TP and coffee, and made the rooms avail to the larger community as a coliving space.

The listed rate for this room is all-inclusive and covers the following:

Rent for your room and your share of the commons

All utilities including high-speed internet

Housecleaning and disinfecting every day, the bathroom is spotless

Cleaning and sterilization of your space for your move-in date

House management staff who find and create solutions any time there is an issue

All furnishings provided and a ton of amenities

All basics stocked, inventoried, and covered ( like TP, dish soap, trash bags, etc )

When I’m away, I sublease the vacant rooms in the house. It starts with a 30-day commitment and then is open, most folks who come stay 2-6 months.

I like the folks who live in the house, and I seem to be really good at picking people because most seem to like each other, it’s got a great, light energy to it.

My helper will clean 5-6x/week the commons, everyone still cleans up after themselves, and the space has become an easeful landing pad.

I will visit every 4 months on avg and claim a room during a vacancy for a bit to meet the roomies in person and spend time with family.

Safety Considerations: We are aware of what is happening in the world and have pooled our resources to provide a safe sanctuary during the rapidly shifting present-day state of the world. (We keep things safe, peaceful and clean)

This house is LGBTQ friendly, all genders are welcome.

This house is welcoming cannabis for personal use but all smoking must happen outdoors.

This house is work-from-home friendly, the rooms have desks.

Professional, clean, quiet and drama free, mostly keep to ourselves and we all keep different schedules.
