Hi! My name is Kristin. I discovered this amazing house in 2017 and a few years later turned it into a coliving space for roomates with flexible month to month terms.
I set up this home specifically so that I could travel frequently but always have a place to return to. I furnished it neutrally, set up utilities and fast wifi, hired cleaning staff who would ensure the common ares stay clean and stock things like TP and handsoap, and made the rooms available to the larger community.
The listed rate for this room is all-inclusive and covers the following:
Rent for your room and your share of the commons
All utilities including high-speed internet
Cleaning of your space for your move-in date
House management staff who find and create solutions any time there is an issue
All furnishings provided and a ton of conveniences!
All basics stocked, inventoried, and covered (like tp, hand soap, dish soap, natural cleaning products, etc)
The rooms of the house are dedicated to coliving which starts with a 30-day commitment and then is open, most folks who come don’t ever want to leave.
The house has a great, light energy to it.
Regular professional cleaning of the common areas is done as a service to residents and everyone agrees to clean up after themselves as they go in the kitchen and bathroom.
I will visit every 4 months on avg and claim a room during a vacancy for a bit to meet the roomies in person and take care of house projects.
