The room is approximately 150 square feet that includes a double closet. It has a private entrance to an extra bathroom. A 1000 kb/s LAN internet connection has been wired into the room. The carpet in this room is just over 1 year old. The room is unfurnished, but can be furnished for an additional deposit.
Finally there is access to a washer and dryer in addition to regular amenities of a home. This includes a smart thermostat, common areas, and kitchen. The living room and patio is on a lower tier in case you are concerned about accessibility.

I am the only person currently living here. I work at a school, but I also spend at least half the week out of the home. I endeavor to keep the kitchen clean and the living area tidy. I don’t wear shoes in the home. I play video games and board games, but I very rarely have more than one person as company.
I am in my 30s. I don’t have kids. I am an alumni of San Diego State and I plan on finishing my grad program at Fresno State. I’m a vegetarian. I don’t smoke, but it’s cool if you want to smoke on the patio.
