Kurtis's room

The home is less than a mile from the 99 and the grocery store; and can be 15 minutes away from Fresno State depending on the time of day; and 10 minutes away from Fresno City. There’s 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is access to a backyard, washer and dryer, and the basic living amenities. The room is 100 square feet. The additional closet is 5 feet wide. The floor is tile. If you’re interested in a bed and a dresser I have one available to discuss for an additional deposit.

I’m still in the process of moving in and once I’m finished I can add pictures of the living room and kitchen.

The rent and deposit is negotiable. We aren’t finished moving in ourselves and so we don’t have pictures available yet.

My partner and I are from Southern California and the Pacific Northwest. We both work in education. We occasionally like to play board games and video games together, although I play them more often myself. We are looking for 1-2 roommates who share some of the same values as us: clean and tidy, respectful towards each other, and friendly. We don’t normally smoke. We aren’t interested in having any pets or children living with us. Sorry.

At the moment, it’s just my partner and I. We are considering having one or two roommates to aid with the mortgage payments.
