Ryan's room

You will have you own room and bathroom. Sharen kitchen and living area. Covered parking. Pet friendly. No deposit required, just pay $1000 per month or half of the rent, if possible. Long term or short term rental is fine. I have an older dog and one cat. Located in Midtown Dallas near the Galleria Mall. There’s a yard and a shed outside if you need to store anything or want to chill on the patio. It’s 1300 square ft so fairly good space as well. Washer and dryer included.

I’m a pretty chill guy. I work a lot so you have the place to yourself most of the time. When I am home I just like to cook and watch some tv. I’m pretty active I like to play sports and workout. I don’t usually have a lot of people over, and am pretty quiet inside. I’m a clean person as well.
