This is a safe & welcoming space for all and anyone who applies should be likeminded.

Located between Case Western Reserve and Coventry Village the location is prime for downtown access, museums, CSU, etc. This is a private room with a closet and was most recently used as a guest room. The room is furnished with a queen-sized bed/mattress and smaller dresser however~ those items can be removed (given notice) if you prefer an empty room : ) Most things in the listing are negotiable at least somewhat including the timeline (especially if you’re interested in keeping the room furnished.)

I’m pretty tidy and while i don’t mind a lived in feel or doing most of the overall cleaning i am looking for someone who is mindful of leaving a room as you found it (ish.) The apartment has a good, positive energy flow and i am generally a good-natured & lighthearted person. Looking to share the space with someone similar, easygoing & pleasant. This is a safe & welcoming space for all and anyone who applies should be likeminded. With that said comfortability wise I would prefer a female roomie. Regardless, all applicants should be easygoing and drama free, mature but not stuffy..
