Please note~the room is available starting beginning of July or August and not sooner This is a bright, roomy, and charming space. Charming, as in, aside from a trusty dishwasher, there are no modern updates here😄 Hardwood floors throughout and a tiny balcony space to enjoy. There is on-site/card operated laundry and free street parking available or lot parking for a monthly fee. The room itself is furnished as shown. The bathroom would be shared~ i am a courteous bathroom roomie, i.e., clean up after myself, wipe down daily and keep a clean space~ appreciate the same. Rent includes WiFi and utilities.

I am naturally a bit of a night owl. Considerate noise level during late hours however, needless to say, if you are a light sleeper and/or need complete silence to sleep this is not an ideal fit.. The apartment is a safe and welcoming space for ALL and anyone who inquires about the room should be likeminded. As a female, my comfortability lies with other females ~ however, i will happily consider all.
