I’m a 65 year old wonen that works from my home in advertising,has a renter in my main house also who works out of the house, both professional women. We like to live our life and our tenant lives there own. Quite neighborhood very safe, not looking for a big partier tenant. We have 3 dogs all good watch dogs and nice animals. Tenant may have a cat with pet deposit. Great stand alone house, will do a background check on all people. First and last month rent required, very nice living quarters and some storage.I expect all tenants to live there own life.I’m a good landlord and person
