I have 1 furnished room available. The common areas will be shared with all tenants. Utilities and Wifi will be split equally each month. You will have to share the bathroom with another tenant that lives there. (Male tenant). The house is conveniently located near a Walmart shopping center ,15 minutes away from UC Merced and just off highway 99.

I work in law enforcement, I’m clean and organized. I require that we set ground rules in the beginning so that everyone is on the same page to avoid any confusion and mis communication. I am friendly, easy to get a long with and respectful. I will have 2 dogs that will be at the house periodically. 1 small mix and 1 German shepherd, both are very friendly and potty trained.
