Hey guys! My bf (20M) and I (21F) just got a 4B3B house in Laveen/South Phoenix area and were looking to rent our extra rooms! We have three rooms available. One with its own detached bathroom, and two rooms that share a bathroom.
We have no animals so we’d prefer no pets, but would consider cats.
Rent is $950 (includes ALL utilities). Deposit is $600

We own a production company renting out, lasers, lights, and speakers. We love going to music festivals and raves and I DJ. We both do security overnight and I am a full time nursing student.
We are pretty quiet when we are home, love cooking and gaming. We have a home theater setup with a 12’ projector screen.
We are definitely looking to build a home with the people we share it with, and are looking for the type of people who would be down for game night twice a month, or down to each take a night of cooking, etc.
