My fiancé and I are lease-to-owning this home, and looking for 1 more roommate to share it with.

The home is 3,250 sq ft, has 4Bedrooms, and 2.5 baths. We have a projector room, and a lounging living room. We have a piano for open use as well as a pool table in the lounging room. There is garage space if you needed to work on a project such as your car or make repairs but we prefer not to keep vehicles in there long term/parked there regularly.

We are cannabis friendly outside only. We don’t mind having other having guests over, but we also don’t want to be a halfway house😂 I think this covers the basics, feel free to reach out with any other questions :)

UPDATE: Have one room available until June 1, perfect for someone moving across the country looking for something short term to settle into the area and have the time to find the perfect apartment and explore. (Which I can help with as a AZ local of 22 years living all over the valley :) )

We both do security overnight, and are workaholics. In our free time we love to rave, and or travel around the state to do photography. We have the whole house nearly fully furnished.

We are looking for people who are communicative, and willing to talk through problems instead of being passive aggressive. People who are easy going, but also willing to keep things clean and organized.
