🏡The house is 3500sqft and the rooms are spacious. I occupy the 4th bedroom. I’ve chosen someone for the 3rd bedroom w/ private bathroom, Ideally I’d like everyone to get along/be friends for a cohesive living space!

Rooms: 1 bed has a private en-suite bathroom (UNAVAILABLE), 2 bedrooms share a bathroom ( there are double sinks). All are furnished but can come unfurnished if needed. Very large and spacious!

Features: fully furnished, W/D, dishwasher, game room, TWO living areas, backyard/deck, large front porch, half bath in hallway

Rent: 950 for other rooms with shared bath. Includes all utilities besides water.
