Hello, I have an Unfurnished Room located in Santa Clarita, CA for rent including a lightly shared bathroom. All the utilities are included in a spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom mobile home, available tandem parking car port with 2 living rooms and a large kitchen shared with a middle-aged couple who are clean, quiet and respectful. Vegan/vegetarian preferred.
No smoking, No Drugs, No overnight guests, No couples, No pets please. Only 2 people total live in the house including one small dog 🙂.
Amenities: Wi-Fi, Gated Community, Laundromat across the house, Pool/Jacuzzi
Close To: Costco, 14 Freeway, The Gentle Barn, Metro Link Station
