We have a private unfurnished room available in our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom mobile home located in Santa Clarita, CA, and we’re looking for the right person to join our peaceful home. The bathroom is lightly shared, and the house includes two living rooms, a large shared kitchen, and tandem parking under a covered carport. All utilities are included.
The home also offers Wi-Fi, a gated community, a laundromat across the house, and access to a pool and jacuzzi. It’s conveniently located close to Costco, the 14 Freeway, The Gentle Barn, and the Metro Link Station.
You’d be living with a clean, quiet, and respectful middle-aged couple who enjoy keeping a calm and comfortable home. There are only two people total in the house, along with one small dog, so it stays very low-key and relaxed.
We especially prefer a vegan or vegetarian roommate who values a peaceful lifestyle and a respectful shared living space. This is for one person only. No smoking, no drugs, no overnight guests, and no couples, please.
