Where? Beautiful condo 1 block from the beach. Uptown neighborhood, CTA Bus and Red Line in a 2 blocks distance, Mariano’s and other stores near by.
What? Apartment with 2 bedrooms (1 private room for rent), and 1 bath (shared), shared living room and kitchen. Laundry in the building. Gym and business Center. Enjoy summers in the beautiful sundeck.
How much? Total rent is around 1800, Electricity not included in bill, you pay nothing else. (we can go over bill and just split whatever is 50%)
How to apply? Reply back and we can schedule a viewing and check if we will be ready to share the space.
Move-in fee: 350 One month deposit
