Shared apartment in riverside on a quiet, safe street. Off street, resident only parking available. Washer and dryer in unit. Close to 5 points and King Street. Private bedroom, but shared bathroom and common spaces. No pets accepted, as I have 2 already and that is the maximum pets allowed in unit. Will add photos soon!

My name is Rain, I’m 28, currently working at Starbucks and going to school full time. I tend to be home often since I am often busy with online schooling, but I am quiet and of course clean. Since the apartment is on the smaller side, I don’t have visitors often and I keep it to a few at a time, and I expect the same from a roommate. This is not a party/get together apartment. Nor is it a space for loud overnight guests. (I am unfortunately having to deal with this issue currently, which is why I am looking for a new roommate.) I also have a very friendly dog and cat - they are both clean and well-trained. Pet them once and they will love you forever! Apartment is available as early as September 1st and will run through August of next year. At the end of the lease in August, there will be an option to sign onto the lease yourself, as I will be moving across country.
