Minimum lease requirement 8/1/23 to 8/1/24. You would also help with 1/3 of utilities: gas, water & electric. 2nd floor furnished bedroom, two closets. Shared main bathroom, kitchen. Laundry in basement with extra shower & toilet. Central Air and window unit option, ceiling fans, off street parking, pretty quiet, not a party place. We have no pets, and landlord does not want dogs. Non smoking, occasionally visitors. You can have privacy, it’s a big place.

One roommate works from home, I leave early for work mostly Monday-Friday. Friendly, social, joke around alot. Dinner is usually the only time we are all in the same room at once cooking our own meals. Try to keep the place as clean as we can.
