South 15th Street

a large 2 bedroom / 1.5 bath apartment with a shared yard (downstairs neighbor), STREET PARKING, I CAN SEND UPDATED PHOTOS rent is $825 a month with about $250 in bills (already split) The vacant room is carpeted with three large windows and a grand fireplace with a mirrored mantle. It has double french doors to separate from the beautiful exposed brick kitchen that boasts a vast cement countertop and island. The kitchen has all amenities (gas stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, etc.) and hardwood floors. Through the kitchen is a carpeted “bedroom” that is used as a study which connects to the laundry room and separate bathroom. The laundry room is equipped with a wash sink, a washer, and a dryer; as well as, storage space. The upstairs room/attic is occupied by me, Angela, and my reclusive cat, Snowy. The attic has a classic Pittsburgh toilet in its unfinished part, which is where the cat has chosen to reside. My room is a carpeted loft with wood panel walls and two windows that overlook into Downtown / Oakland areas. It is a truly gorgeous apartment that I’d enjoy sharing with a likeminded person!

I, Angela, would be your roommate. I reside of the 3rd floor of the apartment with my cat Snowy. I’m a queer femme aligned person with interests skewed towards the arts and sciences. I’m tidy and considerate. I like music, dabs, animals, and exploring my surroundings, though tend to be a homebody. I would prefer a female or nonbinary housemate. I’m a big nerd for Halloween and alternative rock. I do have depression, anxiety, and OCD just to preface. I also have a boyfriend who visits often as he works down the street from the apartment. I look forward to finding a roommate to bond with :)
