A huge house with a swimming pool, big backyard, front lawn, and washer/dryer. One room available with a private bathroom. A big kitchen with fridge, gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Very close to BC (Bakersfield College), Grocery Store, Church, Elementary, and High School. Private side entrance and gated 2 parking spots. All bills will be paid by me.
