A huge house with a big backyard, front lawn and washer/dryer. One furnished room available with a private bathroom. A big kitchen with fridge, gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Very close to CSUB, Grocery Store, Church, Elementary and High School. Private side entrance and gated 2 parking spots. All bills will be paid by me. Only electric bill will be shared.
