The living room is fully furnished. The building also features a rooftop patio, 24/7 fitness center with modern equipment, and gated access.
Rent is $1100/mo + utilities for 12 months lease (Flexible on rent amount - open to discussion) Applicants must apply online and meet the criteria (credit score 650 or higher, monthly income is at least 3 times the monthly rent, complete a landlord verification if applicable, and pass credit/background check).
