Chase's room

The house is in Kennesaw right off Highway 41 close to Barrett Parkway. There are two rooms available with a shared bathroom. If you would rather not share a bathroom and pay more for rent, then we can discuss that option. This would mean it would just be two of us in the house and not get a 3rd person. There is also a large finished downstairs room available as well. It’s not technically a basement since the door you walk in from is in the driveway and garage. You would have to walk upstairs to the bathroom if that is where you would want to live. There is a half-bath at the top of the stairs and full bathroom would be down the hallway.

The house is very big with fenced in backyard and surrounding woods. It has plenty of parking and two car garage. The entire house has been renovated. Rent is $1,000 plus utilities.

My name is Chase, and I’m a 28-year-old engineer who primarily works from home. I have a small dog, a Boykin Spaniel, who is incredibly friendly, well-behaved, and professionally trained. In my free time, I enjoy staying active with things such as like CrossFit, kickboxing, surfing, wakeboarding, snowboarding, ATV riding, hunting, fishing, and anything adventurous outdoors. I enjoy spending quality time with friends, whether it’s grilling out, attending ball games, or traveling.

During the week, I tend to keep to myself as I focus on my career and personal growth. I don’t often have friends over during the week, typically just the weekends.
