Chase

Hi, I’m Chase. I’m a 31-year-old engineer who works remotely most of the time and am planning a move to South Florida. I’m looking for either a room in a great house or someone interested in teaming up to find a house together.

I have a small Boykin Spaniel named Yogi. He’s 35 pounds, extremely friendly, professionally trained, well behaved, and gets along great with people and other dogs.

Outside of work, I’m very active and spend most of my free time outdoors. I enjoy CrossFit, kickboxing, surfing, wakeboarding, snowboarding, skydiving, scuba diving, golfing, riding ATVs and dirt bikes, boating, traveling, and pretty much anything adventurous. I’m always up for trying new things and staying active.

As a roommate, I’m respectful, easygoing, and clean. I take pride in keeping shared spaces tidy, help out around the house, and communicate well. I’m social and enjoy hanging out, but I also respect personal space and downtime. Since I work from home, having a comfortable, positive living environment is important to me.

Ideally, I’d love to find a house with a yard for my dog and roommates who are active, responsible, and easy to get along with. If that sounds like a good fit, feel free to reach out.
