This is a very charming and cozy southwestern home. The house has three bedrooms, one of which is occupied by me. The master bedroom is the room being rented. The master bedroom comes with your private bathroom, which includes double sinks and fully renovated shower/fixtures. The master bedroom also includes a ceiling fan with three speeds and a private backyard patio entrance. There is a formal living room as well as a formal dining room. There is a fireplace, which rarely is used. There is a backyard patio along with patio furniture for your enjoyment. Fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, however, I do ask that you keep the cooking to a minimum. There is also a washer and dryer for you to do laundry. Utility charge is $75/per month which includes water, electricity, trash, sew, internet

I am the other person living in the home. I also have a cat, so you cannot be allergic. Therefore, if you rent the room in the house there will only be two people living in the house. Me, you, and my cat.
