Jeff's room

The master bedroom comes with your private bathroom, which includes double sinks and fully renovated shower/fixtures. The master bedroom also includes a ceiling fan with three speeds and a private backyard patio entrance. There is a formal living room as well as a formal dining room. There is a fireplace, which rarely is used. There is a backyard patio along with patio furniture for your enjoyment. Fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, however, I do ask that you keep the cooking to a minimum. There is also a washer and dryer for you to do laundry.

I am the only other person living in the home. I am 26 years old, male, UNLV alumni, working professional M-F, 8-5 PM. I am FREAKISHLY clean thus something like dirty dishes in the sink really urges me. I also have a cat, so you cannot be allergic. If you rent the room in the house there will be only two people living in the house. Me, you, and my cat. My cat will not bother you, I promise.
