Second Bedroom (pictured) with shared bathroom (shared with Male tenant) available August 10th. Asking $500 rent per month + utilities (all utilities equally divided between all tenants).

Common area (living room, kitchen, dining room) shared by all tenants (pictured) and is furnished.

Garage parking space available for reasonable additional charge.

Security deposit of 1.5 times monthly rent. Bedrooms are unfurnished (may be furnished for additional monthly fee). Rental application required with fee to be reimbursed through prorated first month’s rent if applicant moves in. Lease required with minimum length of 1 year.
