Hey everyone!

I just purchased a 3 bedroom 2 & 1/2 bath townhome near beach / Hodges. 10 min from jax beach and 10 min from towncenter. Looking to rent out one bedroom and you will have your own bathroom as well. I fully remodeled the kitchen and downstairs area. I will be painting the bedroom soon and there is brand new carpet.

Looking for a college student or young professional girl. I have a 3 year old dog and work an 8-5 job. I love cooking, working out, and going to the beaches.
