Very large private bedroom with ensuite bathroom in a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom rent-controlled apartment located in Santa Monica around 22nd St and Wilshire Blvd. Really great natural lighting. Also has an automated projector screen installed.

This is one of the two rooms that will be vacant starting Aug 1, 2023. This would be a sublease contract with me as your Sublandlord. This would be for a 1 year lease that transitions to an on going month to month contract following that year.

The apartment is in a great location: walking distance to Whole Foods and Trader Joes. 4 blocks from a park. 3/4 of a mile to a Target and Rite Aid. Not far from a hospital.

Currently, there is one female roommate in her late 20s who lives in the apartment full time, another room is used part-time as an office space/ guest room for me. I am a married, soon to be mama that spends most of my time in Manhattan Beach but come up to Santa Monica every now and again since my best friends live next door. I also have a pomeranian dog who accompanies me when I come.
