Remodeled and upgraded home has a heated swimming pool, new washer & dryer, Viking 6 range stove with lots of counter space for cooking, billiards, table tennis, foosball, basketball arcade, barbecue grill, and common areas are equipped with security cameras. Overnight guests are permitted twice per week but must provide a photocopy of a valid government-issued ID. The Roomies.com basic background check must be completed to view room and premises. Home is located in West Lancaster within walking distance of the Prime Desert Woodland Preserve, less than 1 mile from Antelope Valley College, 32 miles from Edwards Airforce Base, 15 minutes away from Lockheed/NASA, and 10 minutes away from Antelope Valley Mall. Also, lots of dining, parks, salons, and shopping nearby.
I am a nurse and student. No children but do have several small pets which are usually in my room. Other roomies consists of working professionals ranging from 20’s-60’s. We do not have a lot of traffic in and out of our home and prefer it that way.
