You will have access to all amenities. :) All utilities included (electric, high-speed internet, gas, trash, ADT 24-hour security system, and water). Overnight guests are permitted twice per week and must provide a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID. Three minutes away from Antelope Valley College/CSUB, 15 minutes away from Lockheed/NASA, 15 minutes away from Northrop Grumman, 10 minutes away from Antelope Valley Mall, movie theater, Lancaster Performing Arts Center, gym, dining, parks, and freeway. We range in age from 20’s to 50’s. No children but I do have several small pets who are usually in my room. We do not have a lot of traffic in and out of the house and prefer it that way.
