We’re really hoping for someone who matches our vibe. Someone clean, considerate, empathetic and financially stable. Ideally without a car or at least fine with street parking (more below, but there’s no 3rd garage spot).
Since my friend has a cat, the preference is no other pets. We’re both 420 open. The no smoking is about cigarettes and keeping the 420 smoke outside. 420 vape and edibles are fine inside.
About the place:
We just moved in, 01 June. It’s a single floor, 3 bd, 2 ba apartment. 1300 sq ft total. Your bedroom would be 11’ x 10.5’ with a mirrored sliding closet. You’d share a bathroom with my friend. The living room is currently empty, as our original third person was going to bring furniture, but, life situations popped up for him and here we are again!
We don’t get a 3rd parking spot in the garage, unfortunately, just two tandem spots. If you have a car, you’ll have to be open to street parking as your main answer. We might be able to snag another garage spot in the future, but that’s entirely based on building tenants not using spots and everyone being onboard with us using an extra one, instead.
You’ll have to apply with building management to be added onto the contract as our 3rd, but it’s a relatively normal application process (income, credit, background, etc). You’ll need good credit for the process to be smooth or a co-signer who is willing to be added with you.
Total rent is 3200 and utilities are extra, so your part would be 950 + about 100-150/month in utilities. Could always randomly be more or less, but hopefully not. There was a deposit of 3200. We’ve already paid that, though, so you’ll just send 1066 to me after everything’s done.
