About me: Interested in fitness (constant gym goer, hiker, healthy eater) and nerdy stuff (gaming, D&D, sci-fi, fantasy). Empathetic progressive. Very clean and don’t leave messes for other people. I think of it as common courtesy to keep the home feeling like an organized and comfortable escape. Currently in my MBA program at CSULA. Military disability and benefits fully cover the costs of school and living (and then some).

I currently live in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment that we could stay in come June. Really nice building. 3300/month for 1-year, located in North Hollywood (91605). There will be 2 of 3 bedrooms available at that point. One (13’x11’) has a patio attached and a walk-in closet. The other (11’x10.5’) has a mirrored sliding closet that’s a nice size with built-in shelves. My closet is really large, though, so if you need storage, I have space you can use. There’s also a closet in the hallway with some space. Might be a choice to take both bedrooms for yourself?

About you: Hoping for someone who matches my nerdy fitness vibe or can just be chill. Someone clean, considerate and financially stable.

If you have a place to offer: I’d want a 1-bedroom apt to myself, not shared. Would have to be newer in a nice area, washer/dryer preferred in-unit. Kitchen should have all the appliances (no fridge is fine). Garage parking, not street. Unfurnished.
