It’s a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in a 12 unit apartment building. It’s about 5 minutes away from the beach, a block away from SMC and a 10 minute drive from the pier. There’s also free street parking surrounding the apartment complex.

My current roommate and I have turned it into a two bedroom by using dividers to create a second place in the living room. There is still a spot with a couch and table next to the kitchen so it does still have a homey feel to it. There’s a full kitchen with a microwave, stove, and garbage disposal. There is also a laundry room on site. Water and garbage are included but electricity and gas are not (which is about another $25 a month per person)

Hi!! I’m currently a third year in college and looking for a new roommate to take over part of the lease when my current one moves out. I’m majoring in psychology and work full time so I’m not home that often. I like to go out with friends, go on hikes and to the beach. I like to keep the shared spaces very clean but don’t have a problem with some people coming over every now and then if we’re both comfortable with it.
