I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in a 2bed 2 bath apt at Courtney Meadows, ASAP. The apartment is in a great location being only 10-15 min from town center and the beaches. The room is very spacious with a decent sized closet , as well as your own bathroom and linen closet. Your portion of rent would be $900 give or take a few dollars depending on utilities that month.
