The room is big, bright and sunny with a double closet. You have access to the backyard patio from your room. You will share a full bathroom with another roommate.
The house has a nice big backyard with patio and BBQ– great for lounging around and entertaining. Kitchen is fully stocked. The living room has a TV with YouTubeTV, Netflix, etc to stream. Tandem parking.
Lease is month to month with three months minimum. Rent does not include utilities. They are about $110-$140 a month (Includes: electric, gas, water, trash, internet & security camera).
I work a hybrid schedule and my other roommate, works in the service industry. We are both usually out n about on the weekends. We’ll occasionally have movie nights at home, go out for dinner or a beer, or just hang and watch Netflix.
I have a boxer mix, Nelly, who LOVES people and is very snuggly and friendly. MUST LOVE DOGS to live here. 🐶
I love plants and gardening- just started growing tomatoes and squash and have an avocado and peach tree (not giving fruits yet.) And have 40+ plants around the house. Always looking for more and would love to learn from a pro gardener if you have experience! 🌱🌷🍅
I also enjoy working out and outdoorsy activities. My ideal roommate is someone who lives a healthy and active lifestyle who would join me for hikes, gym, beach, etc. 💪🌄 Though this is not necessary of course.
We keep the house clean and tidy and are respectful of the common areas. You are welcome to have overnight guests and have people over occasionally for dinner, to hang out, BBQ, etc as long as you are respectful of the space.
