The room is big, bright and sunny with a double closet. You have access to the backyard patio from your room. You will share a full bathroom with another roommate. The house has a nice big backyard with patio and BBQ– great for lounging around and entertaining. Kitchen is fully stocked. The living room has a TV with YouTubeTV, Netflix, etc to stream. Tandem parking.

Hi! I work from home for a tech company and my other roommate, works in the service industry in the evenings. We are both usually out n about on the weekends. I have a boxer mix, Nelly, who LOVES people and is very snuggly and friendly. MUST LOVE DOGS to live here as Nelly is a third roommate. We keep the house clean and tidy and are respectful of the common areas. You are welcome to have overnight guests and have people over occasionally for dinner, to hang out, BBQ, etc as long as you are respectful of the space. We love music and will usually have some tunes playing in the background on the weekends. A little disco ball in the living room for impromptu roomie dance parties. :P

The ideal roommate is a female in her late twenties-thirties, steady income, friendly and respectful. Might consider male roommate. Please message me if you have any questions!
