Bright, sunny room available in a spacious 3-bedroom home in Hawthorne with a semi-private bathroom setup (shared full bathroom with one roommate plus access to an additional half bath). The house has a comfortable, lived-in feel with plenty of shared space to relax or entertain.

The home features a large living room with a TV and all the streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, etc.), a fully equipped kitchen, and a huge backyard with a garden and BBQ — perfect for summer hangs, hosting friends, or just enjoying the California weather. There’s also a large bonus room that serves as a flexible multi-purpose space, ideal for working from home, creative projects, workouts, or additional lounge space.

Located in a quiet residential part of Hawthorne with easy access to beaches, the South Bay, freeways, restaurants, coffee shops, and LAX. Great spot for someone looking for a comfortable, welcoming home with good energy and lots of space.

We are two women in our mid-30s sharing the home, along with my boxer mix, Nelly 🐶 We’re friendly, respectful, social-but-balanced housemates who enjoy creating a comfortable, welcoming home environment.

I work a hybrid schedule (2 days from home / 3 in-office), and the other roommate works in education Monday–Friday. We’re both pretty independent during the week, but occasionally we’ll have movie nights, grab dinner or a beer, BBQ in the backyard, or just hang out and watch Netflix together.

Nelly is a huge part of the home — she absolutely LOVES people and is incredibly sweet, cuddly, and friendly. You definitely must love dogs to live here.

I’m also really into plants and gardening and have over 40 plants around the house 🌱 I recently started growing tomatoes and squash, and I have avocado and peach trees in the backyard (still waiting patiently for fruit someday 🍅🌷). If you’re into gardening too, huge bonus.

I enjoy working out, hiking, beach days, and staying active, so it’d be awesome to live with someone who has a healthy, active lifestyle too — though definitely not a requirement.

We keep the house clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. Overnight guests and having friends over occasionally is totally fine as long as everyone is considerate of the home and the vibe.
