Hi Roomies… I have a nice medium sized private bedroom and bath available for rent in my condo in Anaheim. 7 mins from Disneyland. 10 mins to CSUF. A few other colleges and trade schools near by. Multiple supermarkets and restaurants that are open late nearby within walking distance.
The room will not have any furniture unless desired.
The room for rent is for single or double occupancy only. Maximum 2 people.
Must be employed and/or a student.
Term: At first, a 12, 9 or 6 month rental term. Then we can discuss a longer term if everything goes well.
Rent: $1,375 per month - Single occupancy
+$275 per month - Double occupancy (couples/friends/siblings) (Total cost for 2 people: $1,650 / 2 = $825 per person)
Utilities: On average, usually $75 a month with normal usage. Includes high speed internet/ Wi-Fi, electric, gas, water, trash, etc.
Deposit: One month’s rent, which can be split into payments, if needed.
Visitors/Guests: Okay on occasion. Just needs to be coordinated in advance.
