Hi Roomies… I have a large master bedroom with two closets and a private ensuite bathroom, coming available for rent on July 4, 2025. Perfect for couples or an individual who prefers a large private room and private bath. The room has plenty of space for any size bed, a workspace/desk, furniture, TV, etc. The room is quite large, approximately 165 sq. ft. of livable space, not including the 2 closets and bathroom area. See diagram. Note: Room layout in pics is how my previous roommate had it setup. Room will be empty. Room can be furnished upon request for an additional cost.

Located in the city of Anaheim. Multiple supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. To get an idea of what’s nearby, the major cross streets are between Brookhurst St. and Magnolia Ave. and Orange Ave. and Ball Rd. About 7 mins to Disneyland. About 10 mins to CSUF.

Singles, couples, or two friends are welcome. Maximum 2 people. No kids.

Must be employed.

Term: At first, month to month, ideally with a 6-month minimum. Then, we can discuss a longer term if everything goes well. May be open to a shorter or longer term depending on the situation.

Rent: $1,470 per month - Single Occupancy, One Person.

$1,740 per month - Double Occupancy, Two Persons.

Utilities: Utilitites are included in the monthly rent and they usually equate to about $65-75 per person, depending on usage. Includes high speed internet/ Wi-Fi, electric, gas, water, trash, etc.

Deposit: One month’s rent, which can be split into payments, if needed.

Parking: Plenty of free street parking or a gated, assigned parking space from the property management for $50 per month.

Visitors/Guests: On occasion.
