Hi Roomies… I have a large master bedroom with two closets and a private ensuite bathroom available for rent. Perfect for couples or an individual who prefers a large private room/bath. The room has plenty of space for any size bed, a workspace/desk, furniture, TV, etc. The room is quite large, approximately 165 sq. ft. of livable space, not including the 2 closets and bathroom. See diagram. Room will not have any furniture unless desired.

Located in the city of Anaheim. Multiple supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. To get an idea of what’s nearby, the major cross streets are Brookhurst St. and Orange Ave. About 7 mins to Disneyland. About 10 mins to CSUF.

Singles, couples, or two friends are welcome. Maximum 2 people. No kids.

Must be employed and/or a student.

Term: At first, month to month, with a 6 month minimum. Then, we can discuss a longer term if everything goes well.

Rent: $1,500 a month.

Optional - Second person +$300.

Utilities: Includes high speed internet/ Wi-Fi, electric, gas, water, trash, etc.

Deposit: One month’s rent, which can be split into payments, if needed.

Parking: Gated, assigned parking is available for $35 per month, charged by the property management. Street parking is available without a permit.

Visitors/Guests: On occasion.
