The room has a bed, One night stand with a lamp, One long dresser with a mirror, One tall dresser, One desk with a chair (optional), One Closet, and a Bathroom with a shower. I just changed full bed for Queen bed for comfortably with memory foam mattress. (In picture is a full bed). You will have a microwave and a small fridge and a small coffee maker but I’m sorry that you are not allowed to cook inside the room. Parking for one car on the street. Laundry and market stores are less than 5 min away. 8 min away from Fresno State University 9 min away from Clovis Adult School 9 min away from Fresno Yosemite Airport 9 min away from the Fresno police department. 10 min away from Fresno City College. To move in, you will need to pay at front $2,000 total ($1000 first month and $1000 for the last month, and no deposit is required). Please contact me only if you have the total amount to set up the appointment and see the place and if you are planning to move in soon. I’m open to renting it for a minimum of 2 months. It will be ready to move in on September 1st.
The full room is for rent so you won’t share the place with anyone. It is completely private and exclusive for the right person. No visitors or guests. Drama free, not 420-friendly and it does not allow any kind of pets. It is for a responsible person with a good rental history and a stable income.
