Room with a private bathroom with an entrance on the side of the house. It will include a patio on the side of the room. It is furnished. The room has a bed, One nightstand with a lamp, One long dresser with a mirror, One tall dresser, One desk with a chair (optional), One Closet, and a Bathroom with a shower. I changed the full bed to a Queen bed with a memory foam mattress for more comfort. (The picture is with a full bed). It will include a microwave and a small fridge but I’m sorry that you are not allowed to cook inside the room. You are welcome to use the outdoor grill and the patio furniture. Parking for one car on the street (maybe in the driveway in front of the room, depending on the arrangement). Laundry and market stores are less than 5 min away. 8 min away from Fresno State University 9 min away from Clovis Adult School 7 min away from Fresno Yosemite Airport 9 min away from the Fresno police department. 10 min away from Fresno City College. To move in, you will need to pay at front $2,000 total ($1000 first month and $1000 for the last month, and no deposit is required). Please contact me only if you have the total amount to set up the appointment and see the place and if you are planning to move in soon. I’m open to renting it for a minimum of 2 months. It will be ready to move in on April 30th.

The full room is for rent so you won’t share the place with anyone. It is completely private and exclusive for the right person. No visitors or guests. Drama-free, not 420-friendly and it does not allow any kind of pets. It is for a responsible person with proof of good rental history and a stable income.
