About the room

My wife and I live on a small private lake in Greer. The home has great views and you can see the lake out of every window in the home. We live about 10 minutes from downtown Greer and 30 minutes from downtown Greenville. We are interested in renting out a spare bedroom and bathroom in our home. You would have your own furnished bedroom and your own bathroom, but would share other common areas and appliances with my wife and myself. We are only interested in renting to females, but I would never be at home alone with the renter if my wife was not there.
